A unique slice of history, nestled in the heart of rural Central Otago, New Zealand
Welcome to Dansey's Pass Hotel
Over 160 Years Of Warm Welcome...
Thought you knew the meaning of getting away from it all? You might want to think again.
Nestled in the heart of Central Otago, between the stunning mountain ranges, rivers and infamous Pass, you’ll find us just 15 minutes from Naseby.
Dansey’s Pass Hotel is a historic pub with hotel accommodation built in 1862. We host 19 double bedrooms across a stunning original building. This sits alongside our purpose-built lodge.
We can offer facilities for wedding ceremonies, conferences, private functions and all occasions.
They’re certainly unique and certainly can’t be beaten.
Singles, couples, families and tour groups stop by in all seasons for a hearty meal prepared by our talented and creative chef, and the outdoor bar has a wide selection of refreshments for those who want to savour the fresh air and views of the mountains.
There is plenty of car parking space for visitors with their own transport, otherwise, a shuttle service can be arranged that allows you and your group to sit back, relax and take in more of the magnificent alpine scenery speckled with abandoned farmhouses and endemic wildlife.
Danseys Pass Hotel is a unique destination, whether you are planning a family or romantic getaway, corporate event, wedding or private function, the range of accommodation and venue facilities are sure to delight.
